What size shin guards do I need?
Shin guards should cover from just below the knee to the top of the foot. Most Thai brands size S to XL by height and leg length - check the brand's chart on the product page, and ask us if you are between sizes.
Which shin guards are best for sparring?
For regular hard sparring choose a well-padded boot-style guard that covers the instep. Lightweight guards are better for fast, technical sparring and travel.
Are slip-on or velcro shin guards better?
Velcro-strap guards are easier to adjust and stay in place for most people. Slip-on guards have no straps and are common in amateur competition.
