1. Order Processing & Sourcing
- Sourcing & packing (2–4 business days). We work directly with authentic Thai brands. Once your order is placed we pick your gear up straight from local brand hubs and factories in Thailand, inspect it for quality, and pack it securely.
- International transit (5–14 business days). Transit time depends on your destination and the shipping method you choose at checkout — express courier or standard international post.
2. Estimated Shipping Rates & Examples
Exact shipping is calculated automatically at checkout from total parcel weight and your destination address. The figures below are typical ranges, not quotes.

3. Customs, Import Taxes & Duties
- DDU (delivered duty unpaid). All international orders ship DDU, so your order may be subject to import duties, VAT or tariffs levied by your destination country’s customs authority.
- United States. Orders under $800 USD typically enter the USA duty-free under the de minimis threshold.
- EU, UK & rest of world. Local VAT or clearance fees may apply on arrival depending on your country’s regulations. The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for these charges.
4. Tracking & Delivery Support
As soon as your package is dispatched you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow the shipment in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to start updating after dispatch.

What if my package is delayed or held in customs?
Customs processing times vary by country. If your package is held, your local postal service or courier (DHL / FedEx) will contact you directly using the phone number or email you provided at checkout.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours at alex@muaythunder.com with photos of the box and the product, and we will issue a replacement or a refund.
