Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
* All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 
* You will receive another notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship globally directly from Thailand using trusted international express and postal carriers. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Standard International Shipping (ePacket / Post Airmail): 7 – 14 business days.
* Express Shipping (DHL / FedEx / Courier Post): 3 – 5 business days.

Please note that estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, as delays may occasionally occur due to international customs processing or peak carrier seasons.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
* Muay Thai Thunder is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. 
* All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, clearance charges, etc.).

Damaged or Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at alex@muaythunder.com with your order number and photos of the item/packaging. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
