Is the gear authentic?
Yes. We buy directly from the brands and their official shops here in Thailand. Nothing is imported from third countries or replicated.
Where do you ship from?
Phuket, Thailand. Every order is packed here.
How long does delivery take?
Allow 2-4 business days for us to source and pack your gear, then international transit: typically 5-14 days depending on destination and service. You will get a tracking number.
Will I pay customs duties?
Possibly - it depends on your country's import rules. Duties and taxes, when charged, are the buyer's responsibility. Most orders under common de-minimis thresholds arrive without extra charges.
What if the size doesn't fit?
Check the Sizing Guide before ordering. If it still doesn't fit, contact us within 14 days - unworn gear with tags can be exchanged (buyer covers return shipping).
Do you restock sold-out items?
Usually yes - Thai brands rotate designs fast, but core models return. Join the Thunder Club newsletter for restock alerts.
Can you get a product that's not in the store?
Often yes. If a Thai brand makes it, we can probably source it. Send us the link.
How do I know reviews are real?
Our reviews are verified on-chain through Vonch, so every review is provably from a real purchase.
