Is the gear authentic?
Yes. We buy directly from the brands and their official shops here in Thailand. Nothing is imported from third countries or replicated.
Where do you ship from?
Phuket, Thailand. Every order is packed here.
How long does delivery take?
Allow 1-3 business days for us to source and pack your gear. Standard International Shipping then takes 7-15 business days in total from your order (about 5-7 business days from Bangkok to the UAE, 7-9 to the US). You will get a tracking number. Rates are on our Shipping page.
Will I pay customs duties?
Possibly - it depends on your country's import rules. Duties and taxes, when charged, are the buyer's responsibility. Many countries let low-value parcels in without extra charges, but the US no longer does - US orders may be charged import duties on arrival.
What if the size doesn't fit?
Check the Sizing Guide before ordering. If it still doesn't fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery - unworn gear with tags and original packaging can be returned or exchanged (buyer covers return shipping). Full details in our Refund policy.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Usually yes - Thai brands rotate designs fast, but core models return. Join the Thunder Club newsletter for restock alerts.
Can you get a product that's not in the store?
Often yes. If a Thai brand makes it, we can probably source it. Send us the link.
