Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process & Shipping Costs
* Customer Responsibility: Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent by us, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
* Return Instructions: Please DO NOT send items back to the origin address on the shipping label without contacting us first. Upon approving your return request via email, our team will provide you with specific return instructions and the designated return facility address.
* Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at alex@muaythunder.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return costs or provide a direct replacement/refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Combat Sports Items
For strict hygiene, personal health, and safety reasons in combat sports, the following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged once opened, unsealed, or tried on:

  • Mouthguards / Gum shields
  • Groin guards / Protective cups (metal or plastic)
  • Hand wraps, inner gel gloves, and ankle guards
  • Liniments, oils, balms, and body care products (e.g., Namman Muay)
  • Custom-embroidered or personalized gear (e.g., custom shorts/gloves)
  • Clearance / Sale items or Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
