Questions
How do I wash these hand wraps?
Machine wash cold with like colors. Place them in a mesh laundry bag to prevent tangling with other clothes and to protect the Velcro. Hang dry; do not put them in a dryer as it can degrade the elastic and Velcro.
Are these wraps suitable for heavy bag work?
Yes, the 180-inch length and semi-elastic blend provide sufficient support and protection for heavy bag work, pad work, and sparring.
What is the benefit of semi-elastic wraps?
Semi-elastic wraps offer a balance of support and comfort. They conform better to the contours of your hand than non-elastic wraps, allowing for a more secure and personalized fit without restricting blood flow when wrapped correctly.
How do I know if I'm wrapping my hands correctly?
Your hand should feel securely supported, especially around the knuckles and wrist, but not so tight that your fingers tingle or feel numb. You should be able to make a comfortable fist without excessive pressure.
